  • Parsley
  • Honey Teriyaki Sauce – ¼ cup
  • Low sodium soy sauce – ¼ cup
  • Honey – ¼ cup
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbs.


  • Take the garlic, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl and mix them well.
  • Put the steak pieces into the mixed marinade and stir well so that all pieces are properly coated with the sauce.
  • Put a lid on the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for 2 to 7 hours. At least 2 hours of refrigeration is necessary for proper marination.
  • After marination, take out the bowl and discard the sauce.

  • Dark brown sugar – ¼ cup
  • Oil – ¼ cup
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Chopped garlic – 1 tbs.
  • Minced garlic – 1 tsp.
  • Low sodium soy sauce – ½ cup
  • Cornstarch – ½ cup
  • Black pepper
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp.
  • Sliced onions


  • Slice the beef into smaller pieces and mix it with the baking soda, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  • Remove the starch mix and let the beef sit out for about 10 to 15 minutes
  • Next, cook the meat in a wok or pan with the oil for about 2 minutes. It should be cooked to a rare medium level.

  • Beef chuck roast cubes – 3 pounds
  • Chopped onions
  • Beef broth – 4 cups
  • Flour – ¼ cup
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic – 5 wholes
  • Red wine – 1 cup
  • Sliced carrots
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Dried thyme – 2 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 2 tsp.
  • Baby potato – 1 pound
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp.


  • Preheat oven to 325° F
  • Take a 5 to 7 quarts ovenproof pot and place it on medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pot.
  • Place the beef cubes in a single layer and make each of its sides brown for 2 minutes per side.
  • Next, saute the garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
  • Add beef, wine, tomato paste, broth, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and flour into the pan and stir it all to mix well.

  • Put a heavy-bottom ovenproof pot on medium-high heat and add oil to it. Cook the ribs in it until brown for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the ribs from the pot, but keep 2 ½ tbsp of oil in it
  • Add the garlic and onion to that pot and stir until fragrance comes up
  • Add soy sauce, bay leaves, sugar, and peppercorn and stir them to mix well
  • Next, add the vinegar to the pot, but do not mix it. Cover with a lid and cook to boil

Today, I’ll share the Lebanese version of this stew with you. If you’re confused about the name, Fasolia means beans in the Arabic language.

The cooking time for this recipe is 1 hour, and it can serve four people. Remember that you will need an instant pot or pressure cooker to cook this.


  • Stew meat (boneless) – 1 pound
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Broth – 3 cups
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Red and black pepper – ½ tsp each
  • Tomato paste – ¼ cup
  • Pepper paste – 2 tbsp
  • Cannellini beans – 1 can
  • Chopped onions
  • Olive oil – ¼ cup (for bean stew)


  • To cook the beef, at first, cook it to a brown color by putting it in the instant pot in saute mode. Add 1 tsp salt, bay leaves, and the broth.
  • Next, cook the meat for 40 to 45 minutes by closing the lid.
  • Let pot release pressure on its own
  • Drain the broth after cooking. Store it for later.
  • Now, to make the stew, take a large pot and put the heat on the stove to medium-low
  • Stir the tomato and pepper paste in the pot for 2 minutes, then add onions. Stir for another minute.
  • Add the peppers and beans and stir for two more minutes before adding the cooked beef and the broth.
  • Cook for 10 minutes until well done, and enjoy

  • Let the meat cook for the designated time. When time is over, turn off the cooker and let the pressure release naturally.
  • In another pan on medium-high heat, saute the mushrooms with salt and pepper in some butter and oil.
  • Make a cornstarch and water mix and add it to the pot. Stir until it boils and the sauce is thick.
  • Add sour cream to the pot and mix well
  • Serve over egg noodles

Recipe #9: Vegetable Beef Soup

  • Take all the marinade ingredients and mix them well until a proper think marinade is created.
  • Add the beef cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes for proper marination. You can marinate overnight if you want
  • Next, position a pan on medium-high heat and add the oil to it
  • Stir the beef to cook it on both sides for about 2-3 minutes. You will know it is cooked once the color changes
  • Add the butter and stir some more
  • Serve with garnishing

Recipe #11: Beef Wellington Bites

If you have had enough of those stews and bites and want something more of an appetizer, wellington bites are your answer. I will also share the recipe for an amazing sauce with you to have with the bites so that you can enjoy the taste of the pastry and the beef with a burst of flavors.

This recipe has 12 servings and takes about 35 minutes to cook. The prep time is 20 minutes.


For Wellington Bites:

  • Tenderloin steak cut into pieces – 2 pounds
  • Beaten egg yolks – 2
  • Minced onions
  • Canola oil – 2 tsp
  • Frozen puff pastry – 2 sheets
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Prosciutto – 8 slices
  • Chopped mushrooms – 12 oz

For Dijon Sauce:

  • Dijon mustard – ¼ cup
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Put a pan on high heat and add the oil
  • Season the beef with salt and pepper and cook in the pan till brown on both sides. Set aside beef
  • Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook them on high heat until brown
  • Reduce the heat to medium and continue stirring by adding the onions. This will be your filling
  • Now, place a sheet pan and lay parchment paper on it. Organize the two sheets of puff pastry and cut them into 12 pieces. Put a prosciutto inside each of them
  • Now, in each piece, put one tsp of the filling and a beef cube. Then, roll them up from opposite ends.
  • Place them in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Recipe #12: Popcorn Steak Bites

In this recipe, I will share the details of popcorn steak bites that can serve four people. It takes only 45 minutes to prepare.


  • Steak cut into cubes – 1 pound
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Potato chips (ridged) – 6 cups
  • All-purpose flour – 1/3 cup
  • Slightly beaten eggs – 2


  • Mince the potato chips either in a processor or a plastic bag. Take something heavy like a rolling pin to crush the chips in a plastic bag.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour and the pepper
  • In another bowl, place the crushed chips
  • Lastly, in a third bowl, put the eggs
  • Now, dip the beef cubes in flour first, then the eggs, and lastly, the chips.
  • Make sure you coat the cubes on all sides
  • Then, take a broiler pan and spray nonstick cooking spray on it
  • Broil the cubes for 8 to 10 minutes. You can also do so until it reaches 160°F

  • Now, absorb the moisture from the beef with the help of paper towels and season it with some salt and pepper.
  • Cook the beef in the pot with some hot oil and the bacon fat until it is brown from all sides. Add some oregano to it.
  • Next, put the beef aside with the bacon and cook the onions and carrots in the same pot until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper in it.
  • Add garlic to the mix and cook for about a minute.
  • Now, add the Cognac and use an igniter to ignite the Cognac. Make sure to step back when this is happening.
  • Preheat oven to 250F
  • After that, in the pot with the Cognac, add the beef and bacon and gradually add the wine, broth, tomato paste, and thyme leaves.
  • Cover the pot to bring to simmer.
  • Transfer to a preheated oven and bake the whole dish for about 1 ¼ hours until it is well-cooked
  • Now, add 2 tbsp of butter and flour and the frozen onions to the stew
  • Saute the mushrooms in a separate pan with some oil and add it to the stew
  • Boil the stew on the stove and bring it to simmer for about 15 minutes
  • Serve with garnishing of liking

  • In a pan, cook the seasoned beef in 2 tsp oil on medium-high heat. Stir until the beef comes crisp on the sides and darkish brown.
  • In another pan, take some butter and chopped garlic and create a saute.
  • Throw the beef cubes in the garlic butter and properly mix
