  • Stew meat (boneless) – 1 pound
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Broth – 3 cups

For Wellington Bites:

  • Tenderloin steak cut into pieces – 2 pounds
  • Beaten egg yolks – 2
  • Minced onions

  • Frozen puff pastry – 2 sheets
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Prosciutto – 8 slices
